We receive very frequently questions from our visitors, here is the list of the most frequent :

1. My article has not arrived yet, is this normal?

Delivery takes about 3 to 5 weeks.
If it's been less than 5 weeks, just be patient, your article is on the way.

If your product is still not there after 8 weeks MAXIMUM, we will refund 100%. This happens only in a very exceptional way.

2. Why is the delivery so long ?

To avoid high storage and labor costs, our goods are located abroad. This allows us to offer you articles at very competitive rates while offering you support in French.

3. I want to cancel my order, is it possible ?

Yes, you have 24h from the moment your order has been made. Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and we will refund 100% of the amount.

4. Are there items missing from my order, where are they ?

We have a lot of suppliers, when you order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others will be slower). If you order 3 times the same product, then they will all be in the same package.

5. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not ?

Click on the "order tracking" tab and enter your order number and the e-mail address you filled in when ordering. You will see if the status of the order is in "processed" or "untreated" mode.

6. Do you ship abroad ?

Absolutely, we can ship all over the world apart in Iran.

7. My item is damaged, can I have a refund ?

Absolutely, if your item is broken, send it back to us and it will be refunded.

8. I was wrong in the size of an article, can I get a refund ?

Unfortunately this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order, if your item is a garment.

9. I am not satisfied with my order, can I be refunded ?

Absolutely, you just have to contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 15 days from receipt of the goods. All you have to do is send us the item and we will refund it 100%. The return costs are your responsibility.

11. Can I contact you by phone ?

For the sake of speed, we do not take calls on the phone. To process an e-mail takes us a few seconds or minutes, while a call lasts an average of several minutes. To avoid fees and offer you the lowest prices, we only respond by e-mail. Know that we do not ignore anyone and respond quickly. If you have doubts, do it test.

12. Can I trust you ?

Absolutely, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal, these world leaders would never let us continue our shop if we had a rate of dissatisfied customers important. Our online store is constantly monitored.
